In this current world situation when every one facing lock down what is the best way to overcome this stress and depression?
Do you remember the day when you complain about shortage of time.When you say you have no time to pursue you hobby so guys this the time to be optimistic and to see glass which is filled half with water now I am going to tell you 5 simple ways to be happy and feel stress free.
1.start lite exercise every day
2.start reading
3.start your hobby once again
4.start learning something new
5.start meditation
you might thing I know these thing already! then why are you not following these????
i'll tell you some tips you can follow these easily every day
1-Start exercise 
you can do 10 squats every day and slowly and gradually make it 30 squats is difficult for you? here is the tip just sit on chair and stand up do this 15 times daily and this is your squats.
experts can try push ups as well and guys don't forget to walk 30 minutes.
2.Start reading
just take a book of your favourite  topic and try read 2 pages daily and when you build interest increase pages you can try fiction ,nonfiction last but not least biographies
3.Hobby time
this is time to pursue your hobby and sharpen your skills
4.Or you can learn something new it can be art or can be related to technology.
5.Meditation 
Best thing to calm your mind increase your focus and concentration if you don't know meditation just sit down relax and focus on your breath it will do wonders.
